Heart? bringing the soul, the love for what you do. Essential.

Meaningful? The movement communicates a message, talks and connects to a deep value.

Mindful? Slowing down, follow the movement with attentive awareness.

Right amount of relaxation and tension? A balance between engagement and observation, power and softness.

Freedom? A movement absorbed in its expressive gesture, not concerned by the outcome or approbation.

Movement that involves the whole body mind?

A movement that replaces the wandering thought of the mind.
It becomes the language the words fail to convey.
It becomes the bridge between the formless and the form. A transition. A space in between. A void that has a visual potency and expressivity to convey the language of the heart.

Impossible to repeat and copy in the exact same way. It appears now and disappears as it came. Nothing happened. It has a rippling effect though incomprehensible to the mind.

A movement with quality defies space and time. Who witnesses it? Maybe it is destined to the trees, the stars, the sea, a huge crowd, a loved one, an unknown soul, a stone or a clueless wall.
